Do I have to purchase the Ball Launcher from A–Champs in order to link with A–Champs reaction training system?
Yes, currently A–Champs is the guaranteed location of purchase to ensure Ball Launcher links with A–Champs light sensor products.
Why is the maximum ball speed 30mph without the Speed Boost plugged in, and 55mph with it inserted into the machine?
This is designed to act as a safety feature and also to offer customers the ability to add extra speed when they choose to do so. We have conducted testing to conclude that 30mph is typically a safe maximum ball speed for children up to 10 years of age to train with under adult supervision. Typically, players above this age can train with higher ball speeds.
Is there a warranty provided?
A complete 12 month warranty for replacement of any faulty parts is provided. We do not cover misuse or general wear and tear and do not offer returns on used items.
Is the Ball Launcher machine easy to operate and transport?
Ball Launcher has been designed to be set up for use in seconds and with the controls being easily understandable for all types of customers ranging from coaches to players and parents. It also easily transportable from location to location in a small family car.
Do I have to assemble anything when the product arrives?
The product comes completely ready to use apart from the auto ball feeder that requires quick assembly using the assembly instructions and the required fasteners supplied. Assembly time is 15 minutes.
Can I use Ball Launcher in all weather conditions?
If you choose to use the Ball Launcher in wet or damp conditions it is advisable to use the towel provided to quickly dry the balls before entering into the machine to ensure maximum performance. We do not recommend using the Ball Launcher in lightning or thunder storms. Ball Launcher does not rust and all electronic components are sealed safely.
How do I know the Ball Launcher machine is safe?
Ball Launcher has been CE certified with all necessary safety considerations implemented. We advise that children do not operate the machine alone and adult supervision is required at all times whilst the Ball Launcher is in use.
Does the Ball Launcher come with an Instruction Manual and guidance?
Yes, a detailed instruction manual with pictorial guidance comes with every Ball Launcher machine. This is accessed and downloaded from an online folder after purchase.
