Orders & Shipping
Q: Do you offer free shipping?
A: Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States and European Union. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.
Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is on the way.
Q: Where do you ship from?
A: Orders may ship from our regional warehouses in the EU, US, or Asia based on your delivery address and product availability. Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, each with its own tracking link.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll send a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link.
If tracking hasn't been updated within 5 business days, contact us at hey@a-champs.com.
Q: What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
A: Email us at hey@a-champs.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll do our best to update it. After dispatch, we can’t guarantee address changes.
Q: Do prices include VAT and taxes?
A:
EU orders include VAT (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
Non-EU orders (including the US) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are typically the buyer’s responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.
Q: What happens if I refuse delivery due to customs fees?
A:
If a shipment is refused, we’ll deduct the following from your refund:
- Original shipping cost
- Return shipping fees
- Any customs duties or related charges
Returns & Refunds
Q: Can I return a product if I change my mind?
A: Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to request a return—no reason required. Items must be in original working condition and include all packaging and accessories.
Q: Can I return a used product?
A: Yes, as long as it’s still in good condition. Used returns may be subject to a restocking fee, depending on the condition of the product upon inspection.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping, which will be deducted from your refund.
We also refund the original shipping cost (standard shipping only).
Q: What items are not eligible for return?
A:
- Customized or personalized products
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Returns after 14 days from delivery
- Items not purchased from our official store
Q: How do I start a return?
A:
Email hey@a-champs.com with:
- Subject line: [#OrderNumber RETURN]
- Order number and purchase email
- List of item(s) to return
- Reason for return
- Clear photos showing product condition and packaging
Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid return label.
You’ll need to drop the package at the nearest parcel drop-off location (we’ll provide instructions) and send us the drop-off receipt.
Q: How long does it take to get my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to withhold the refund until goods are received or proof of return is provided.
Warranty & Support
Q: What does the A-Champs warranty cover?
A:
We offer a warranty against defects in materials or workmanship for:
- 2 years for customers in the European Union
- 1 year for customers in the United States and other countries
This applies only to the original purchaser and covers issues present at the time of delivery.
Q: Are built-in batteries covered by the warranty?
A: Yes. Batteries are covered for manufacturing defects present at delivery.
Please note: Normal capacity loss or performance degradation over time is not considered a defect.
Q: What is not covered under warranty?
A:
- Cosmetic damage (scratches, dents, scuffs)
- Misuse, accidents, neglect, or water exposure
- Unauthorized repairs or third-party modifications
- Software compatibility with third-party platforms
- Consumables (e.g., straps, cones) unless faulty at delivery
- Lost or stolen items
- Products with altered or removed serial numbers
Q: How do I submit a warranty claim?
A:
Email hey@a-champs.com and include:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos or videos showing the problem clearly
Our team will respond within a few business days with next steps.
Q: Will I have to pay for return shipping on warranty claims?
A: If your claim is approved, A-Champs will cover return shipping and repair/replacement costs. If the issue is not covered, you may be responsible for shipping and any repair fees.
