We have been using ROX’s for Hockey on ice training with U8 to Pro players now for 1.5 years now and just added 6 more with our 18 other. We just completed a camp with U15 to U18 players.

We have been using the RoxPro lights for a little over five months now and they have been a game changer for our individual sessions. One of our lights stopped working and A-Champs promptly sent us a replacement unit. Great product and great customer service.

I use the Rox based training often and I find that the ROX are really useful in bettering myself as a soccer player. For instance, the Rox based training helps me with being able to think quicker and further head other then just the first play. So in a game I can make better decisions and play quicker.
It was recommended to me by a co-worker, I had seen some brands on instagram but didn't really know the benefits, but now that I've tried it I can tell you that it really makes a difference. If you want to be one step ahead of your competitors, don't hesitate.
Se me hace raro pensar que antes entrenaba a mis jugadores si los rox. Ahora puedo medir su progreso, ver en que forma estan y reforzar las qualidades que esten más críticas. Si eres profesional del deporte ni te lo pienses
If you are using blazepod you can throw them away and buy this ones, they are by far much better, more robust, better manufactured, apart from the light, they come with vibration and sound and with the app free with no monthly charges. I have tried a few and I think this is definitely the best system on the market.
lo llevo usando unas semanas y me encanta. he convertido el entrenamiento en un juego y me hace entrenar más y mejor. además no solo he notado la mejora sino que lo veo en los resultados de la app
I bought it on Wednesday and on Friday I had them in the office. Kilian from the team contacted me and offered me to make a call to configure them (by the way, it is very easy to do) and helped me in everything. Excellent treatment and after sales service and if that wasn't enough the product is of the highest quality. Really a 10/10 in everything.
i have been using blazepod for a while and the truth is that there is no comparison possible. they are much more complex and of better quality. the functionalities are better and the app is free.
"I LOVE training with the ROX lights at Futbox. I think ROX really helps advance my technical skills in training, teaches me how to apply awareness on the field, and also assists in my ability to have a faster speed of play."
I was very sceptical about this type of device, but it has really surprised me, I have tested it with several athletes with whom I work and... really incredible the improvement that I have been able to see in them and also with measurable and comparable results. I recommend it 100%.
Most versatile reaction system in the market. Especially considering price point.
I've just upgraded my Generation 1 set to the Generation 2. The best part is that the product is constantly improving but that I can use both sets together.

What Are Reaction Training Lights?
Reaction training lights are reactive LED devices that improve speed, awareness and decision-making by forcing athletes to respond to unpredictable visual stimuli.
Improve Speed, Agility & Decision-Making
Cognitive Processing
Reaction speed starts in the brain. Reactive light training challenges athletes to process visual information faster, make split-second decisions, and execute immediately. This strengthens neural pathways responsible for anticipation and response time.
First-Step Speed
In most sports, the first step decides the outcome. By responding to random light signals, athletes develop explosive first movements and sharper directional changes. This translates directly to faster cuts, quicker accelerations, and improved defensive reactions.
Game-Realistic Unpredictability
Traditional drills are predictable. Real games are not. Reaction lights introduce randomness that mimics match conditions — training athletes to stay alert, adjust instantly, and perform under cognitive stress.
FAQ

Yes. They improve cognitive speed, awareness and first-step explosiveness in game-realistic conditions.
What sports use reaction training lights?
Soccer, basketball, tennis, football, hockey and more.
Can reaction lights be used indoors and outdoors?
Yes. ROXPro is portable and built for both environments.
Do reaction lights improve decision-making?
