A. REFUND & RETURN POLICY

Try it risk-free for 14 days
At A-Champs, we want you to try our products with complete confidence. If you’re not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days of delivery — no reason required.

We’ll refund the full purchase price including the original shipping cost. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund, and a restocking fee may apply if the product shows signs of use or damage.

Return eligibility

  • Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Item must be in original working condition, free from damage, misuse, or unauthorized modification.
  • All original packaging, accessories, and parts must be included.
  • Product must have been purchased directly from www.a-champs.com.
  • Returns must be authorized by A-Champs before shipping.

  • Unused & in original condition: full refund minus return shipping cost.
  • Used but in good condition: refund minus return shipping + restocking fee.
  • Damaged or incomplete returns: partial refund or rejection based on condition.

Items not eligible for return

  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Returns without prior authorization.
  • Returns submitted more than 14 days after delivery.
  • Items not purchased from our official store.

 

B. HOW TO START A RETURN

  • Email hey@a-champs.com with the subject: [#OrderNumber RETURN].
  • Include in the email:
    • Your order number
    • Email address used to purchase
    • List of item(s) you want to return
    • Reason for return
    • Clear photos from all angles showing product condition and packaging
  • Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid return label.
  • Drop the package at your nearest parcel drop-off location (instructions will be provided).
  • Send us a photo or scan of the drop-off receipt.

 

C. REFUND PROCESSING

  • We will inspect the returned item and notify you of refund approval or denial.
  • If approved, we’ll process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
  • We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or proof of return is provided.
