At A-Champs, we ship worldwide and aim to deliver your order quickly, reliably, and transparently. Below you’ll find key information about shipping times, tracking, and duties.
Shipping & Delivery
- Free standard shipping on all orders within the US and EU (Countries with intra-community VAT exemption).
- Orders ship Monday–Friday.
- Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery time is typically 7–10 business days after dispatch, depending on location.
- We offer express shipping options at checkout.
- Orders may ship from regional warehouses (EU, US, Asia) based on your delivery address and stock availability.
- Your order may arrive in multiple shipments, each with a separate tracking link.
Order Tracking
- You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your order is dispatched.
- If tracking hasn't updated within 5 business days, contact us at hey@a-champs.com and we’ll help right away.
Taxes, Duties & Import Fees
- Within the EU (Countries with intra-community VAT exemption): Prices include VAT (except Canary Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla).
- Outside the EU (including US): Import duties, taxes, or customs fees may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility unless prepaid at checkout.
- We aim to minimize surprises by offering DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) options where possible.
- If a shipment is refused due to unpaid fees, we will deduct the original shipping, return costs, and any customs charges from your refund.
Shipping Delays
- Delivery times may be affected by customs, local holidays, weather, or carrier delays.
- A-Champs is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics or customs clearance.
Returns & Warranty
- You have 14 days to return your order.
- EU customers are refunded for standard shipping. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
