Great tool for therapy

It’s a perfect therapy device to challenge my patients with their balance, functional reach and reaction time, speed and coordination. I like it that is a free app compared to other device with monthly subscription. Delivery of device is fast and secured also. Hopefully to do more updates with more exercises and activities.

Working on reaction time “off the block”

One ROX is all I needed to allow my 9y old swimmer son to work on his reaction time off the block. Great quality of the rox, the app is easy to use, with plenty of parameters to set up the drills. Two minor points that could be improved: a) we use the combination of light and sound as the trigger for reaction time, and the sound signal feels definitely a bit late vs the light. Could do with an offset. b) for some reason, when the sensitivity is set to maximum, the volume cannot be set to high: could do with a patch.
Otherwise, very happy with the product. It’s a fun way to train, to shave the little bit of time at the start, that can make a big difference on a lap!
